Welcome to RackService (the "Site"). We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site ("Visitors") who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by rackservice.org (collectively, "Services") ("Authorized Customers").

  • Account creation: When you register an account, we will ask you your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and business name.

  • Payment method: When you add your financial account information to your Account, that information is directed to our third-party payment processor. We do not store your financial account information on our systems; however, we have access to, and may retain, Users information through our third-party payment processor.

  • Communications: When you contact us by email or ticket, we may receive additional information that you chose to provide (name, email address, phone number, the content of the email or ticket, including its attachments.)  

  • Users may visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users may always refuse to supply personal identification information, but it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include but is not limited to the Users' browser name, the type of computer and IP address, as well as technical information about Users' means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized.

  • If you wish to correct, update or restrict your personal information, you may request it by ticket in your Client Area

  • If you do not wish to receive our newsletters or other marketing emails, you may do so by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the emails we send you or directly in your Client Area

  • If we have collected personal information with your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?
We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.
